Q: Do I have to pay for missed lessons?

A: All lessons are paid for at the start of the term and our teachers keep a register of attendance. No refunds are given for missed lessons.

Q: Do I need to stay during my child’s lesson?

A: Parent/Guardians must always be present on poolside in case of an emergency as well as to reassure your child.

Q: Do I need to get into the water with my child?

A: No, unless you are attending an adult and child class, children will participate in the class independently.

Q: Does my child need to wear a swim hat?

A: Swim hats are not essential, however for some children they work well as they keep loose hair out of their faces. All hair long enough must be securely tied back before entering the pool.

Q: Can my child wear goggles?

A: Goggles can be worn and sometimes improve confidence. If your child does wear goggles, please encourage them to leave them on throughout the lesson, unless told otherwise by the teacher. Practising with goggles in the bath at home, can also help them get used to wearing them.
